Meet Steph

Steph first joined Crown Oil in 2017 as a Sales Account Manager, where she spent three years building strong relationships with customers and gaining a solid understanding of how the business operates.

After a few years away, Steph returned to Crown Oil and has spent the past 3 years supporting hiring across the group. Her background in sales means she understands the pace, pressures, and expectations of roles within the business — particularly from a candidate and customer perspective.

This experience allows Steph to offer clear, practical insight into roles at Crown Oil and what success looks like, helping candidates feel informed and supported throughout the application process.

Steph is currently on maternity leave.
